The policy sets out the basis on which any personal data, we collect from you or you provide to us, will be processed. The policy may be updated from time to time. We would encourage you to check that you are happy with the changes.
Suppliers & Customers
We need to know your data in order to effectively operate our business and to work with your company.
The personal information we hold includes your name, address, telephone numbers, email address, company registration, VAT numbers, IP address including pages accessed and bank details where necessary. We do not store credit/debit card details. For Web sales this information is collected by third party payment processors who specialise in this field.
Storage of information.
We store your data on our secure, password protected data base. This is backed up daily to our own server.
Some information is held on paperwork in our filing system, within our building. This is protected by security systems and cameras.
We will not sell your information or share it with third parties.
Uses of the information
We use your personal data in order to complete contracts, either purchase orders or sales orders, between our businesses. Your information is not used for marketing campaigns.
We will not share any personal data unless permission has been sought and granted.
Information will be retained as long as necessary to support our mutual business relationship. If this ends the information will be retained for 7 years.
We are under a duty to disclose or share information, in order to comply with any legal obligation or in order to enforce or protect our rights, property or safety of our customers and suppliers.
You have the legal right to ask us what information we hold about you and to request this information is removed.
