These Terms & Conditions apply to all quotations, orders, sales and services supplied by William Hayes Ltd unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Product Information & Recommendations

Product specifications, technical information, Technical Data Sheets (TDS) and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are provided in good faith and originate from the manufacturer. Whilst believed to be accurate, William Hayes Ltd accepts no liability for any errors, omissions or subsequent changes.

Any product recommendations or technical advice are offered in good faith. Customers are responsible for ensuring products are suitable for their intended application and should carry out their own testing where appropriate.

Product images, colours, dimensions and packaging shown on this website are for illustrative purposes only and may vary from the products supplied.

Tape Converting Services

William Hayes Ltd provides tape converting services, including slitting and rewinding, to customer requirements.

Converted products are supplied to agreed specifications and standard industry tolerances. Width, length and quantity tolerances apply unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Where customers supply their own log rolls or materials for conversion, William Hayes Ltd accepts responsibility only for the converting process. We accept no liability for the performance or suitability of customer-supplied materials. Customers acknowledge that a reasonable amount of material waste may occur during machine setup, trimming and finishing.

Orders, Returns & Delivery

All quotations are subject to product availability and supplier pricing at the time of order.

Lead times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Bespoke, converted or specially ordered products are non-returnable unless faulty or otherwise agreed in writing.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, William Hayes Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability shall not exceed the value of the goods or services supplied.

Force Majeure

William Hayes Ltd shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including supplier shortages, transport disruption, industrial action, natural disasters or government restrictions.

Trade Marks

All product names and trade marks, including 3M™, tesa®, Nitto®, Lohmann®, Avery Dennison®, Scapa® and others, remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
